Capable of a rated production capacity of 120m3/h, the HZS120 batching plant adopts heavy-duty mixing host and high-precision weighing modules. It delivers consistent concrete quality for roads, bridges and civil engineering projects. The whole structure is designed for high load and long-time continuous operation, minimizing downtime in remote construction sites.
What distinguishes this unit is our customized design for the Congolese project. Taking local hot and humid weather, unstable power supply and dusty site environment into account, our engineering team made targeted upgrades. We added anti-corrosion coating for steel structures, enhanced dust collection system, and configured optional backup power matching. All adjustments are made based on the client’s actual site survey data, ensuring the plant can run reliably under tough field conditions.
Before shipment, the complete set of equipment passed strict factory assembly and performance testing. Henan Zhucheng Machinery provides a full lifecycle service package, including layout planning, factory pre-testing, on-site installation guidance, operator training and continuous spare parts supply.
